ACCOUNTING SYSTEM SUPPORT*
This typically requires set-up, operation, and or management of the accounting system. Generally, engagements include set-up and maintenance of the general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and grant/job costs modules.
Services are primarily provided to users of Sage 50 and QuickBooks software products.
*A primary objective of these services is to produce financial data from the accounting system that is reflective of activities in the program management system.
COMMUNITY ADVOCACY
We partner with the Ingram Family Foundation, Inc. as part of their sponsorship program. Our participation is to provide accounting, budgeting and financial management support for the sponsorship organizations.
COMPILATIONS AND REVIEWS
Compilation and review services are conducted in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS). These services are provided for small to medium sized commercial entities and non-profit organizations.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT AUDITS
Audits are conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). These services are provided for small to medium sized commercial entities and non-profit organizations.
FINANCIAL CONSULTING
Financial consulting services are especially suitable for commercial and non-profit organizations. We focus on contract management and cost compliance through seminars and direct client support.
Financial consulting services include:
- Guidance on OMB Uniform Guidance Regulations
- Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 31 Contract Cost Principles
- Policies and procedures manuals
- Budget development
TAX SERVICES
In association with our partner Wright Way Tax Solutions, tax services are provided to commercial, individual and non-profit organizations. Services include tax preparation, tax planning strategies and representation before the Internal Revenue Service.
